Cellular coverage (your tracker)

Your Petivity GPS Tracker needs to contact us every few minutes to send us your pet's activity data, and to check if you've asked to start live-tracking their location. We call this, "phoning home".

To do that, your Tracker uses its own cellular connection. You don't have to provide a SIM, it's all built-in and included!

You can also check what signal strength your Tracker is receiving in our app. Just go to the LOCATION tab and look for the signal bars.
