Beware of water
If you have a Petivity GPS Tracker, the charging pad that you use to recharge your Tracker is NOT WATERPROOF. To avoid a fire risk, it is vital that you keep it away from all sources of water. Do not allow it to get wet or become immersed in water.
For example, if you put the charging pad on a window ledge, don't let condensation get to it. If you take your Tracker off a wet dog, make sure you dry it before placing it on the charging pad. Avoid any other circumstances that could lead to water coming into contact with the charging pad.
